    1. Link the Star Charts to a suggested support plan

      I'd suggest an editable support plan is generated by the system, based on the results of the Star Chart. My organisation could help with providing best practice support planning for each of the points on one or two of the Star's ladders.

        • Allow service users to view their Star Charts alone

          Service users might like to log in to the system to view their Star Charts in between sessions with their key worker. Why not give them direct access by setting up a new type of user account?

          • Allow users to use a user name instead of email

            Had one report that it had been difficult to set up users because org didn't give each member of staff their own address.

            May be worth acting on if we get more feedback that setting up users was a hassle, or impossible because multiple email addresses were needed
